Sports Physiotherapist.
I am a highly skilled and dedicated sports physiotherapist with extensive experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors. I have had the privilege of collaborating with prominent organisations such as the NHS (UK), 2012 London Olympics, Brighton & Hove Premier League Football Club, Sussex County Cricket Club well as Grinstead Hockey Club.
After completing my Bachelor in Physiotherapy (2004), I moved to the UK and have since completed my Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
My expertise spans a wide range of areas including: acute injury management, sports rehabilitation, running assessments, biomechanical assessments, joint replacements, arthritis, day to day musculoskeletal conditions and dry needling. I excel at developing comprehensive return-to-sports programs tailored to individual needs, thus ensuring athletes can safely transition back to their chosen sport.
One of my key specialisations is ACL injuries. I completed both by Bachelor and Masters dissertation on ACL injuries and have undergone training with UK athletics head physio Lee Harrington.
I employ advanced trauma support and various rehabilitation techniques based on the latest research to aid in recovery.
I am very family oriented and along with my wife and 2 children, we all enjoy holidays, cricket and badminton.
